The EquiStep coaching, mentoring and team building programmes are designed to help your team grow and develop. Every team should be developed and prepared for both todays’ challenges and the assignments that await them in the future. Mastering certain techniques such as; coaching, mentoring and team building are critical for the future success of your business. We will discuss your needs and aspirations by helping you choose the right program or system for your company. One to One
All One to One Counselling includes assessment and a formulated psychological treatment plan with evaluation charts to track the success of the treatment plan and outcome goals.
What if I am scared of horses or do not want to ride
No previous horse experience is necessary. For those who have fear of horses, we work in ways that suit individual needs. All sessions can be done as groundwork and there are no ridden experiences in our workshops.
What equipment and clothing do I need to take part
Please wear hard shoes or boots and bring layers and waterproof wear or sun hat, sun glasses and sun cream.
You may want to bring a journal for making notes, though manuals and all working materials are provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session/workshop.
Please switch your mobile phone off during your session or workshop (note that mobile signal is inconsistent at our location).
What we provide
Tea, coffee and light refreshments are available.
Lunch is provided for all workshops and we can cater for individual dietary requirements
Manuals and all working materials are provided.
Safety information
All participants are taught how to safely work with horses, as these sessions and workshops are purely for personal or professional growth and development.
For those who have a fear of horses the work can be done behind a fence or on a lead line with the facilitator.
It is not possible to work with the horses if you have had high quantities of alcohol in the last 48 hours.
